As per the personal data protection legislation, your title, full name, e-mail address, company, position, and country information will be collected electronically by Şişecam in the capacity of Data Controller, based on the legal reason that 'data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right', for the purposes of participating in the publications organized under the International Glass Symposium, on the digital platforms provided by Şişecam Group to access these platforms and identify the potential target audience and content of any future events. For the aforementioned purposes, your personal data may be shared with the service agencies, support service providers, and, if necessary, official institutions and organizations. In addition, if you give 'explicit consent,' your personal data that you will share may be transferred to databases located abroad.
In accordance with the personal data protection legislation, you are entitled to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to which it is transferred at home / abroad, to request correction if it is incompletely / wrongly processed, to request deletion / destruction as per the conditions specified in the legislation, to request the notification of the above-mentioned transactions to the third parties to which it has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively with automatic systems, to request compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing. KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN İŞLENMESİ HAKKINDA AYDINLATMA METNİ
Kişisel verilerin korunması mevzuatı uyarınca, ünvanınız, adınız ve soyadınız, e-posta adresiniz, şirketiniz, pozisyonunuz ve ülke bilgileriniz Şişecam tarafından Veri Sorumlusu sıfatıyla elektronik ortamda 'bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması' hukuki nedeni ile toplanacak olup, Şişecam Topluluğu tarafından sağlanan dijital platformlarda yayınlanan Uluslararası Cam Sempozyumu kapsamında düzenlenen etkinliklere katılmak, bu platformlara erişim sağlamak ve gelecekteki potansiyel hedef kitle ve içeriği belirlemek amacıyla işlenecektir. Bahsi geçen amaçlarla kişisel verileriniz hizmet kuruluşları, destek hizmet sağlayıcılar ve gerektiğinde resmi kurum ve kuruluşlarla paylaşılabilecektir. Ayrıca 'açık rıza' vermeniz halinde paylaşacağınız kişisel verileriniz yurt dışında bulunan veri tabanlarına aktarılabilir.
